Board of Directors:
| Dan Borton has served as a member of the CPC Board of Trustees since 2002. He feels God put the desire in his heart to be involved at the CPC Women’s Health Resource ministry when he attended the CPC Volunteer Training Seminar. Since that time, he has been helping wherever he is needed in the ministry of the CPC. Dan and his wife, Nancy, have three children and five grandchildren. They reside in Wauseon and are members of the Archbold Evangelical Church. | ![]() |
| David Winner, MD, has served as a member of the Board of Trustees and as the CPC Medical Director since 2000. Dr. Winner received his BA in Chemistry at Ohio State University, his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and did his Internship and Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. He is currently practicing at Defiance Regional Medical Center, where he is Chief of Staff. As the CPC Medical director, Dr. Winner is responsible for managing and giving direction and insight to our ultrasound nurse manager, Julie Hagen, and the nurses who serve under her supervision. Dr. Winner, in his position as Medical Director, is responsible for our nurses providing detailed and accurate medical information to clients who come to our centers seeking information about their pregnancy. He is very concerned that our medical clinics operate with excellence in providing treatment and care for our patients. Dr. Winner and his wife, Amy, have a son and daughter and reside in Defiance. The Winner family attends Pettisville Missionary Church. | ![]() |
Deborah DeTray has served on the CPC Women’s Health Resource Board of Trustees since 2007 as the Financial Consultant and Board Treasurer. Her experience and understanding of finances has led her to help direct the CPC with regard to financial issues, in her position on the Board of Trustees. Deb has a Masters degree in Business Education and has been a financial consultant for over 28 years. Mrs. DeTray is the owner of DeTray Investment Group in Defiance, OH. She and her husband, Rusty, are the parents of three children and the proud grandparents of four. They reside in Defiance and attend First Church of God in Defiance. |

| Donald Love has been serving on the CPC Board of Trustees since 1999. As a Board Member, Don believes God continues to use him at the CPC Women’s Health Resource to help give insight through his knowledge in medical laboratory procedures and in Christian ministry. Don graduated with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Biology. He and his wife, Barbara, have three children and six grandchildren. They reside in West Unity and are members of the First Baptist Church in Stryker. | ![]() |
Helen Leu serves on the CPC Board of Trustees as the Secretary. Helen has over 42 years of experience in education, having served for many years as the administrator of the Living Word Christian School, among other areas of service in the educational field. She has always been a supporter of the Pro-life movement, and after she retired from full-time employment, she felt God leading her to become more actively involved. Helen has been serving on the CPC Women’s Health Resource Board of Trustees since 2005. She and her husband Ron, have three children and six grandchildren. They reside in Archbold and are members of the Family Christian Center in Defiance. |

| Nathan Saneda, serves as a member of the CPC Women’s Health Resource Board of Trustees. With over 18 years of experience in business management, Nathan brings to the CPC strong leadership skills and marketing knowledge. Mr. Saneda is the business owner of Sudden Service Expediting located in West Unity. He believes God directed him to the CPC because of his love for life and His longing to enlarge the ministry. Nathan and his wife Kristal, who is a CPC volunteer, have three children. They reside in Archbold and attend The Church on Strayer in Maumee. | ![]() |
Randall Ridley has been serving as a member of the CPC Board of Trustees since 2004. He believes the CPC Women’s Health Resource ministry is close to God’s heart and sees his role on the Board as an honor and a privilege. Randy and his wife, Linda, have four children and one grandchild. They reside in Ridgeville Corners and are members of the Archbold Evangelical Church. |

| Sue Cuevas, has served as a member of the CPC Women's Health Resource Board of Trustees since 2009. Sue is passionate about what the CPC does for the area communities. Sue is the Director of the Esperanza Community Credit Union in Toledo and has worked in the field of finance before taking that position. As a Christian, Sue believes it is her responsibility to cherish life and desires that others would make that a priority in their lives as well. Sue and her husband, Ruben, have two children. They reside in Archbold and attend Templo Cristiano Assembly of God in Archbold. | ![]() |
| Thomas McWatters serves as the Chairman of the CPC Women’s Health Resource Board of Trustees. Since 2007, Tom has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience that result from his years as an attorney at Barber, Kaper, Stamm, Robinson, and McWatters Law Firm in Wauseon. He has capably directed the CPC ministry in developing and maintaining a reputation of integrity and accountability to those who come for help and those who choose to support CPC with their time, talents, and gifts. Tom obtained his doctorate in law from the University of Toledo. Tom and his wife, Angie, have three children. They reside in Wauseon and are members of First Baptist Church of Wauseon. | ![]() |
